Type : Silicone Polymer Spray rate : 0.7 to 1.0 gram / second Thermal stability : -50 to 400 o C Covering area : 21 TO 23 Sq.cm @ 9 to 10 inches between the nozzle and the mould. Spray cone angle : 30 to 40 deg Coating thickness : 3 to 4 microns @ 9 to 10 inches between the nozzle and ¬HèÙÅÊ mould. Packing :600 ml aerosol can. ‚t㸒“™ÖÅʲó in carton, containing 25 cans. Toxicity : Contents are non toxic. Performance : Non sticky, low surface tension (high film forming capacity), and excellent flow friction coupled with lubricating qualities of the formulation helps the shop floor men to increase productivity. For moulding Polyethylene, Polypropylene, HIPS,Acrylics, Polyurethanes, Bakelite, Polyesters, Cellulose, SBR, Natural Rubber, Nitrile, Neoprene, Fluorosilicone Polymers, etc. Material safety data : Contents under pressure.Do not expose to higher temperature or flame.Shall be disposed carefully when the content is emptied.
