Description ::
The basic composition of this product is extended acetoxy sealant with a silica filler system. It is a cost effective sealant for general automotive sealing and adhesive application.

Important Features
A Dow Corning (owners of Silastic & Molykote Brands) product.

Long usable life : 12 months from date of manufacture.

Acetic cure system.

Room temperature cure.

Excellent resistance to weathering, ultra violet radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants and many cleaning detergents and solvents.

Non slumpy

Colors :: Black & Clear (Translucent).

Uses ::
Automotive Bonding and Sealing applications. Can be applied in vertical and overhead Joints.

Limitations ::
On contact, uncured sealant may cause irritation, avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Packing ::
280 ML cartridges.

Typical Properties ::
As supplied – tested at 25C, 50% relative humidity

Flow, Sag or sump – Nil
Working Time – 10 minutes
Surface Cure – 25 minutes
Specific Gravity – 0.97 g/ml

As cured – tested after 7 days at 25C, 50% relative humidity

Hardness Shore A – 17
Movement Capability +/- 20%
